		Our two-story condominium is located at the base of Mt. Alyeska, just feet from the lifts in the beautiful Girdwood Valley; a short 30-minute drive along the ocean shores of Turnagain Arm. Located on the top floor of Alyeska North Condominiums near "Chair 3", our unit has magnificent views of the Girdwood Valley from both the living room and bedroom windows. And just yards away are several restaurants, shops, a coffee/internet cafe, and a bar/lounge that features entertainment, as well as the main ski lifts and ski facilities.
	The unit’s first floor features a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Just off the open kitchen is the living room which is centered around a gas fireplace. There is a long comfy sectional couch and floor-to-ceiling windows and deck. The entry into the unit features an area to take off your wet or dirty clothing and hang skis. The second floor of our unit is accessed from a circular stair case just off the kitchen and is where our 2 bedrooms and bathroom are located. The Master bedroom has a Queen log bedroom set and TV. The second bedroom, which is even larger than the master, has one full bed, 1 twin bed, two twin trundle beds, and a twin sized futon/couch and TV. Both bedrooms have vaulted ceilings. Our newly remodeled bathroom features a whirlpool tub, slate floors and a granite topped double sink vanity. Note: No elevator service in building—one flight of stairs is necessary to access condo entrance.
